Nacho Potato Snacks

1 lg Potato (about 9 ounces)
1/2 C Taco sauce
1 can Chopped green chilies (4 ounce)

1 C Cheddar cheese, shredded

Scrub potato and pat dry. Slice into about 20 slices (about 1/8 inch thick). Arrange slices in a single layer in a greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. Top each potato slice with some of the taco sauce, some of the chilies and some of the cheese.
