Hot Artichoke Dip

This dip is a constant winner, even with those who don’t especially like artichokes.

2 20 oz. cans Artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (packed in water)
1 C Mayonnaise

3/4 C Grated Parmesan cheese

In a blender, blend ingredients thoroughly. Scrape into heat proof dish that can be used for serving, and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, or until heated through and a crust forms. Serve with: veggies, bread sticks. My family likes Triscuits.
