Deviled Eggs

1 oz Mayonnaise
1 oz + 1 tbsp Pickle relish
3 tsp Pimiento
1 oz Prepared brown mustard
3 tsp Liquid hot pepper sauce

6 each Eggs

1. Cut 6 hard-boiled eggs in half. Remove the yolk from the white, and set the white aside.
2. Mash the yolks with a fork and add mayonnaise, prepared brown mustard, liquid hot pepper sauce, chopped pimientos, and pickle relish.
3. Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
