Cheese and Sausage Rolls

16 Sausage links
16 slices Bread
1 C Shredded process American cheese
1/4 C Butter or margarine, softened

Cook and drain sausage links following package directions.
Trim crusts from bread; roll flat. Mix cheese and butter together, spread on both sides of each bread slice. Roll a sausage in each slice.
Bake on greased baking sheet at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
